In partnership with Renacer, we support women, adolescents, and children who are survivors of violence.

Four years ago, the Renacer movement took a decisive step by officially becoming a Foundation. Since then, it has strengthened its mission of supporting women, adolescents, and children who are survivors of violence by offering free psychological, legal, and spiritual counseling. This ongoing commitment led to an alliance with the Nacional Vida Segura Foundation, which has joined forces to amplify the impact of Renacer’s work.

To raise funds to continue its mission, the Renacer Foundation regularly organizes charitable events. The most recent was a brunch held at La Fête, which brought together a large group of women eager to contribute while enjoying a pleasant and delightful morning. The proceeds from the event will go toward the Peniel Women’s Rehabilitation Center. The event was attended by Isabel Villazón, coordinator of the Nacional Vida Segura Foundation.

Roxana del Río, Vice President of Renacer, announced that one of the organization’s main goals this year is to have a full-time criminal lawyer and psychologist available. “Although we have 15 volunteer psychologists, the waiting list remains long. That’s why we aim to bring on professionals who can provide continuous care and support to those who need it most,” she explained.

Renacer, made up of a team of 30 volunteers, believes that the partnership with Vida Segura will mark a turning point. Thanks to this agreement, survivors supported by the Foundation will have access to life insurance—an essential form of support in their recovery process. “It’s an invaluable contribution, and this connection strengthens us to go further and reach more people,” Del Río concluded.
