17 June, 2025
Julio César Caballero, Executive Director of the Nacional Vida Segura Foundation, made the announcement: “We are working to achieve the implantation of 30 hip prostheses, a task we will coordinate with the Davosan Foundation.” The statement was made during the signing of the cooperation agreement between both institutions, where Caballero praised the work of the “ladies in pink,” who for the past 55 years have been raising funds to support the health of Santa Cruz’s most vulnerable.
On the matter, José Luis Camacho Miserendino, President of the Foundation, stated that Davosan is a pillar of Santa Cruz’s institutional framework. “We seek out exemplary institutions like yours to work together for the common good,” he said. “Our missions are aligned; that’s why we are now united to serve.”
Dora Luz Revuelta de Dávila, President of the Davosan Foundation, shared her excitement about the partnership: “For us, it’s very important to be working with you. This way, we can reach more people whose health has been compromised… Health is a gift from God, and that’s why we must care for it.”
Raquel Laguna, Vice President of Davosan, also expressed her joy: “Together, we can do great things for the health of our people.”
It is worth noting that Davosan works to alleviate poverty and its consequences in the healthcare sector, guided by principles of transparency, dignity, compassion, humility, and ongoing dedication. The Foundation mobilizes and manages the necessary resources to carry out its vital mission.
