Music has the power to transform lives, and the Santa Cruz Youth Symphony Orchestra is a remarkable example of that potential. For this reason, the Fundación Nacional Vida Segura is proud to announce the signing of a cooperation agreement with the Asociación Filarmonía Sociedad Musical, the organization behind this outstanding artistic and educational initiative.
In that spirit, the Foundation welcomed Marcela “Cuqui” Urenda, President of Filarmonía, who was received by José Luis Camacho Miserendino, President of the Foundation. On this occasion, both parties reaffirmed their commitment to the arts and to the holistic development of new generations.
“We are proud and excited to contribute to the musical growth of children and young people. This effort is fully aligned with our Foundation’s core pillars: promoting education and culture as drivers of social transformation,” said Camacho.

Urenda expressed her appreciation for the support: “Thanks to contributions like yours, we can continue helping talented young people from underprivileged backgrounds. Many of them make great efforts to be part of the orchestra, and with our support, some even earn university scholarships.”
Julio César Caballero Moreno, Executive Director of the Foundation, closed the meeting by highlighting the importance of this alliance: “It is a privilege to partner with an association carrying out such meaningful work. Through music, they are planting the seeds of a brighter future for many young Bolivians.”
