For the Nacional Vida Segura Foundation, the signing of a framework cooperation agreement with the Bolivian Red Cross – Santa Cruz Branch, represented by its President Juan Carlos Salazar Orías, marks a significant step in its commitment to social well-being. This alliance aims to jointly implement projects, programs, and initiatives focused on improving health conditions in economically vulnerable neighborhoods and remote communities far from urban centers.

The Foundation’s President, José Luis Camacho Miserendino, welcomed Mr. Salazar, who was accompanied by Hans Carlos Arce Aponte, Administrator of the Red Cross. Both institutions expressed their satisfaction with the agreement, which will help strengthen and expand the impact of their humanitarian and social work.

“We are firmly committed to actively contributing to the well-being of society,” stated Camacho, emphasizing the importance of building partnerships that combine capacities and amplify social impact. He reaffirmed the joint commitment of both organizations to work collaboratively and consistently to reach those in greatest need, especially in areas with limited access to healthcare services.

Julio César Caballero Moreno, Executive Director of the Foundation, highlighted the invaluable legacy of the Red Cross in Santa Cruz, which for 108 years has provided ongoing, discreet, and vital healthcare assistance to thousands of vulnerable individuals.
