30 January, 2025

With a steadfast commitment to positively impacting the lives of Bolivians, Nacional Vida Segura Foundation has signed an agreement with Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF). As the world’s largest service organization, LCIF will continue to implement projects, programs, and activities aimed at promoting social assistance and human development for children, youth, and adults across the country through this partnership.

José Luis Camacho Miserendino, Chairman of the Board of Grupo Nacional Vida, and Miriam Raquel Carrillo Soliz, Multiple District Coordinator for LCIF, formalized the agreement. Concerned about improving community health, Camacho emphasized the need for swift action in launching campaigns that offer hope and improve the lives of the most disadvantaged.

LCIF supports Lions in carrying out large-scale humanitarian projects at the local level. Julio CĂ©sar Caballero, Executive Director of FundaciĂłn Nacional Vida Segura, highlighted the Lions’ impactful work both in the department and throughout the country. Since the last century, Lions have come together to address the needs of the communities they serve. According to LCIF District Advisor Marcelo RĂos, who was also present at the official ceremony, the organization’s mission remains essential to the well-being of people in over 100 countries and geographic areas.
