With the aim of promoting joint initiatives that generate a positive impact, the Nacional Vida Segura Foundation and the Hipermaxi supermarket chain signed an agreement focused on supporting the most disadvantaged sectors of society, with special emphasis on children’s shelters.
During the signing ceremony, José Luis Camacho Miserendino, president of the Foundation, expressed his satisfaction with this new institutional milestone. “As a business group, we decided to create this foundation to extend a helping hand to the most vulnerable members of our society,” he said, reaffirming his commitment to health, education, sports, and culture as pillars of social transformation.
On the occasion, Camacho highlighted some of the Foundation’s most recent actions, such as the implantation of 30 pacemakers and the 11 upcoming surgical interventions coordinated with Pastoral Social – Cáritas. He also mentioned the upcoming hip prosthesis campaign to be carried out in collaboration with the Davosan Foundation.

For his part, Federico Stelzer, General Manager of Hipermaxi, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to solidarity. “One plus one equals three when it comes to helping and joining forces between institutions for the common good,” he remarked, referring to their ongoing collaboration in areas such as environmental protection and child-focused programs.
Finally, Julio César Caballero, Executive Director of the Foundation, offered special thanks to Hipermaxi for its food donations to children’s shelters within the Archdiocese’s network. “These alliances have a real impact on the community and serve as examples of how collaborative work can transform lives,” he concluded.
